Baking away again today, this is the Seeds and Sprouts dough having it’s turn in the mixer. The days are drawing in, and it’s nice to walk into the bakery out of the dark in the morning, and first of all, check the fire. It’s a beautiful sight early in the morning, glowing hot colours down the back of the oven usually by then, and super warm. And of course, finishing up well after dark too, it’s equally nice to walk down to the house, with it’s windows glowing warm…….
