Well, it has been a busy week or two! We had a great day at Mossvale Market last Sunday, lovely weather and plenty of happy people. Today we have baked lots of loaves for delivery in the morning, while we will also be at the Prom Country Farmers Market at Foster from 8am till 12pm too. We will have beetroot loaves; capsicum and chilli; apple, oat and sultana, preserved lemon, fennel and rosemary, as well as 100% spelt and 100% rye sourdough and wheat, fruit, and seeds and sprouts loaves. I am just wondering which one I will have for breakfast early in the morning before we head off….
