With a few more! All our loaves are hand shaped one by one, and put to prove in these fantastic bannetons, which are made in Germany from spruce wood pulp. They are a great alternative to either plastic bannetons, or ones made from virgin rainforest timbers in China. Proper German willow bannetons are also available, but the spruce wood ones were a more economical choice for us. We love that they are beautiful, durable, and sustainable.
