I thought I would put up a picture of our two mills so you can see the difference in size: quite a lot! It is absolutely great having the big mill going and giving us beautiful, fresh flour for every bake, 100% grain and nothing else added; just straight, natural, organic or biodynamic grain grown in Victoria.
