Here are some of the loaves we baked on Saturday for Mossvale Market; these are Seeds and Sprouts loaves ready to come out. We did several loads of about 35 loaves, and the oven worked brilliantly with more loaves in it at a time than we’ve done before. We are getting quicker at loading and unloading, which means we can put more loaves in, as the first in are the last out, so the time spent putting the loaves in and getting them out needs to be as short as possible. Good fun!
