And in the box; our new mill! All the way from Austria; how exciting, and so awesome and fantastic! We milled some spelt and wheat last night to use in todays bake. It is so quick and efficient, compared to the little mill we have been using, it’s like comparing a thoroughbred to a donkey, although donkeys can be very useful too, and we wont be turning our little mill out- it will be grinding our gluten free grains. It has kept up very well over the past month or so! It is great to open the door to the milling room and see this big beauty sitting there ready to go though! Well worth the wait. And now…..back to the doughs…..
