This is how I cooked my lunch today; an egg from our chooks, kale from our garden, and Oak and Swan sourdough, in the oven! The bread toasts beautifully, even better I must say, than the old slow combustion stove top when I was a kid! Yum. We are delivering to Dalliance in Mirboo North , and the Health Food Shop in Leongatha tomorrow.
