Well, the first bake went very well. An early start mixing the doughs, several turns through the morning, a rest in bannetons during the early afternoon, and some lovely sourdough by mid afternoon! A very fulfilling day.
Also, our bread will be available through Grow Lightly Food Hub in Korumburra from this weekend. Meredith, Gill, and their team of volunteers supply vegie bags and stock other local goods at their hub at Coal Creek. They are open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
