We have a couple of new stockists in Traralgon!
Chrissy at Onyx Wholefoods Café in Breed St has been using our 100% Spelt Sourdough on her menu, worked up by Troy and his team in the kitchen, and they also sell our loaves which are delivered on a Tuesday morning. Chrissy has an amazing amount of energy and has set up a beautiful café also stocking organic wholefoods and fruit and vegies. The coffee is great, and they use compostable tops for their take away cups.
Momo in Seymour St has recently begun using our bread as part of their menu. Momo opened in 2014 and it is an amazing space. The guys in the kitchen are always cheerful and happy and its great to see the productivity in there when we drop the bread off.
We’re quite excited to be supported by these two businesses, and very happy to be supplying them with bread!
