We have some lovely sourdough baked today, ready for delivery tomorrow to Dalliance in Mirboo North, Leongatha Whole Foods, and Baw Baw Organics.
We have two markets coming up this weekend, one on Saturday; Prom Coast Farmers Market in Foster, and on Sunday; Mossvale Market at beautiful Mossvale Park between Leongatha and Mirboo North. So it will be a busy weekend, baking Friday and Saturday, so that we have fresh sourdough bread for the markets and for delivery to shops on Saturday morning. We will also bake some sourdough muffins, focaccia, and scrolls for the markets too, and hope to see you there!
